月繳與年繳訂閱經由 Google Play 結帳完成，付款資料（信用卡等）由 Google 處理，開發者看不到。訂閱狀態透過 RevenueCat 服務確認：RevenueCat 會收到一組隨機產生的匿名使用者 ID、購買紀錄（方案、購買與到期時間、交易編號）以及裝置與 App 基本資訊，只用於確認您是否為會員、恢復購買與訂閱統計，不含您的姓名或電子郵件。訂閱會自動續訂，可隨時在 Google Play 的「付款和訂閱」中取消，取消後會員資格保留到本期結束。RevenueCat 的資料處理方式請見 RevenueCat 隱私權政策。

English Words Audio Cruise ('慧聽覺巡航, """the App""") reads English vocabulary aloud in the background to help you learn. The App requires no account or sign-in. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
Data that stays on your phone
Progress and settings: learning progress, starred (unfamiliar) words, statistics, reminder times and playback settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.
Custom word lists: CSV lists you import stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Information collected to improve the App
Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics): a few events such as starting playback, finishing a round, switching word lists, starring a word, viewing the subscription page, purchasing, watching a rewarded ad, the number of items in an imported list, and sharing the App, plus the App""'s interface language and whether you are a subscriber. Firebase Analytics also automatically collects general device and usage information (such as device model, OS version, App version and approximate region) and uses device identifiers such as the app instance ID. Statistics never include your name or contact details, nor the names or contents of custom word lists (they are always recorded as """custom""").
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): when the App crashes, diagnostic information such as the stack trace, device model and OS version is collected to fix the problem. It contains no personal identity information.
Feedback you send (Firebase Firestore): the category, message and optional contact email you enter in the in-app Feedback form, along with the App version, interface language and time sent, are used only by the developer to improve the App.
Ads (free version)
The free version shows a banner at the bottom of the home screen; an interstitial ad when a round finishes (only while the App is in the foreground "" if you are listening from the lock screen or in the background, it waits until you return); occasionally an app-open ad when you come back after being away for a while (at most once an hour); and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch to unlock more words. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect and use the device advertising ID, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and ad interactions, for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping and fraud prevention, and, with your consent, for personalized ads.
Where consent is required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the App first asks using Google""'s consent form and does not initialize ads before then; you can change your choice at any time under """Ad privacy settings""" in the menu at the top right of the home screen.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings.
Premium subscribers see no ads; once the App confirms your subscription at startup, it neither asks for ad consent nor initializes ads.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing; your payment details are handled by Google and are never visible to the developer. Subscription status is checked through RevenueCat, which receives a randomly generated anonymous user ID, purchase records (plan, purchase and expiry times, transaction ID) and basic device and app information. This is used only to confirm membership, restore purchases and produce subscription statistics, and does not include your name or email address. Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel anytime in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, and you keep Premium until the end of the current period. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Permissions
Notifications, exact alarms, rescheduling after reboot: used only for the daily study reminder and inactivity reminder that you turn on.
Foreground service (media playback), wake lock: so reading continues with the screen off or in other apps, with playback controls on the lock screen and in notifications.
Ignore battery optimizations (only if you allow it): keeps the system from closing the App during background reading or reminders.
Internet, advertising ID: used for the Firebase services above, for ads in the free version, and for checking subscription status.
Google Play Billing: used only to purchase and restore subscriptions.
What the App does not do
No account or sign-in.
No collection of names, phone numbers, home addresses, photos, contacts or precise location (except an email address you choose to enter in Feedback).
No selling or renting of user data.
Data sharing
The statistics, crash and feedback data above are processed by Google Firebase; ads by Google AdMob; subscriptions by Google Play and RevenueCat (see the sections above). All data is encrypted in transit. The App shares no data with any other third party. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
Children
The App is suitable for English learners of all ages but is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
How to delete your data
Progress, stars, settings and custom lists exist only on your device. Clear the App""'s data or uninstall it to delete everything.
Feedback: email lawrence124875@gmail.com with the subject """Data deletion request""" and describe what you want deleted; it can be deleted completely.
Usage statistics and crash reports contain no information that identifies you and are retained under Google Firebase policies (Analytics event data: 14 months). To request deletion of statistics associated with your device, email us (as above).
Ad data is handled by Google under its policies; resetting or deleting your advertising ID breaks the link to earlier ad data.
Subscription records: you can email us (as above) to delete RevenueCat data linked to your anonymous ID; Google Play keeps transaction records under its own policies. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription; please cancel in Google Play first.
Changes
Any update to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
